May 2016,saw the completion of the refurbishment of the Jeff White Motors used vehicle dealership in Cardiff,which involved a complete aesthetic change to the external appearance of the main dealership building.

Due to the building being occupied constantly throughout the entire period of the installation,there were a number of health and safety and logistical issues which were overcome through meticulous planning and regular liason with site personnel.
The project comprised overcladding the existing roof using the Euroclad ‘Refresh’ SF 500 standing seam roofing system with a total area of 1500 m2.
Architect Nigel Arnold also proposed changing the visual appearance of the building from a single span pitched structure with a visible roof to a structure which was square in appearance concealing the roof aspect.This was achieved by creating a two-metre-high parapet around the perimeter of the building in steel, and recladding using the Joris Ide J I 1000 architectural wall panel in silver.
